About Us

Farrow and Associates, Inc., a leading management consulting and operational support services firm, was established in 1994 by its President and Chief Executive Officer, Juanita S. Farrow.  Its corporate office is located in Williamsburg, Virginia. Farrow manages a geographically dispersed workforce of full-time employees working at government facilities throughout the eastern part of the United States. Farrow also recruits, screens, hires and manages consultants who perform studies and provide training to agencies in developing nations.  Under a steadily growing list of contracts, Farrow’s highly qualified team has conducted assessments, provided technical assistance and recommended “best practices” to more than 60 publicly funded health and preventive health care programs for the Health Resources and Services Administration, and 10 assessments and training projects in developing nations for the U.S. Southern Command.  Farrow has built a consulting network that includes retired military, physicians, epidemiologists, nurses, licensed clinical social workers, public health experts, statisticians, health systems administrators, and other professionals.  In short, Farrow helps agencies to improve quality and efficiency of their services.

In 1995, Farrow and Associates, Inc. entered into the Small Business Administration 8(a) Program, and began services in the federal arena via consulting relationships with Health Resources and Services Administration. In 1998 the company was awarded a series of contracts by the Veterans Affairs. Since 2000 new contracts have been awarded by Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, Air Force and the United States Southern Command of the Department of Defense.

Farrow and Associates, Inc. provides management consulting and operational support services within both private and government sectors.  We are a distinguished team of specialized professionals led by highly skilled administrators. The President and CEO, Juanita S. Farrow, and Vice President and COO, Jim Paige, COL (Ret) are seasoned executives with over 50 years of combined experience. Ms. Farrow holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and COL Paige has a Masters Degree in Human Resources.
