Farrow and Associates is totally committed to providing a high level of services and work products to its clients.  To accomplish this, Farrow has developed a Quality Improvement (QI) and Data Management Program to provide a formal continuos process to objectively measure, monitor, and evaluate the quality of services.

Our program facilitates a comprehensive and systematic approach identifying and engaging opportunities to improve processes and resolve complex issues. The QI program is periodically reviewed, updated, and approved by internal and external participants through a variety of mechanisms including peer reviews, process outcome reviews, variance analysis, performance appraisals, and other appropriate quality improvement techniques.
