Farrow is a Small, Woman-owned and Small Disadvantaged Business with Corporate Offices in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Farrow has provided consulting and operational support services to the Federal Government since 1994. The company has managed a geographically dispersed workforce of full-time employees working at government facilities throughout the eastern part of the United States.

The company has been awarded contracts by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), the Navy, Coast Guard, Air Force, Marines, Veterans Affairs and the DOD U.S. Southern Command, in the areas of Program management/evaluation, Quality of Life programs and IT/Administrative support.

Farrow has conducted assessments, provided technical assistance and recommended “Commercial Best Practices” to more than 80 publicly funded Department of Health and Human Service Programs, and more than 10 training projects in developing nations for the U.S. Southern Command Humanitarian Program. In short, Farrow helps agencies improve the quality, efficiency and delivery of their services.

  • DHHS/HRSA/HIV/AIDS Bureau for quality management and fiscal consulting services.
